Releiving Thoughts- Feeling Better

You know I can't find an absolute reason for the existence of the Universe.
As far as my philosophical understanding goes I think I'm pretty well set and well on my way to understanding how and what the universe is for.
Scientifically speaking I'm at a lost. Maybe because I don't quite understand everything there is to know, I pick up and read what I can. But even in theory I come up with blanks. I have to set myself into the mind of the common scientist.
To them the world consists of atoms, then molecules then organisms...The consciousness that we experience: our thought process, imagination, concept of spiritual uplifting are chemical signals firing in our brains causing specific hormones or imbalances to trigger to make us feel and think the way we do.

I've always wanted to connect the spiritual and the scientific together. Not the way religious orders or radical idealist try to, quoting out of context and slandering the very observations being made. In a logical world everything should fit.

Spiritual ideas:
I believe everything happens for a reason, which is why scientist will always understand anything and everything that religion has been trying to explain for thousands of years, from evolution, to aura's to prayer.

Will science ever find a reason for the purpose of the Universe? Why did the Big Bang take place? What was here before it?

The overall thought in my mind is:
Is our purpose the same as the animals that came before us? To reproduce and continue our species? Are the ideas of God and the Afterlife simply ideas that we have created to prepare us for what is coming or simple to hide the idea that nothing is? Is our purpose to waste a way living lives that are pointless because the only thing we have to truly look forward to is the demolecularization and reincarnation into atomic mass to possibly be reborn as a star or planet?!

I don't think so. I've experience so many different thing in my short life time that proves to me beyond doubt that there is much more to come. There are miracles, there are inspired speeches and metaphysical insight. If there wasn't some form of consciousness beyond this plane of existence than what are all these messages coming through for?

You look left and you look right and you hear and see people talking about the point of life and the point of life makes so much sense!

You're here to live so that you may learn and understand through negative experience. At some point you will have accomplished enlightenment which will give you the ability to pass back into that which you came, personally I call it the Higher Consciousness you may call it whatever you like. The point is there is a point!! Life matters and Ghost are recognize as real things and psychics are understandable because there is purpose there is life after life.

I have many friends who will debate this to the end of their days. I personally would enjoy the conversation until then especially if I had nothing to live for like they do (no hard feelings toward them) but sooner or later we would run out of evidence that there is more to life than what meets the eye because I wouldn't have experienced any more new info to make an argument.

Experience is what it is all about, if there was not purpose would I be reasoning the ideas of the Universe, why is that Humans are so intelligent they can reason these ideas, what made our minds evolve? What force of intention gave our ancestor's genes the need to try something new, to rearrange in this way to form this particular brain structure?! Why humans and no other mammal? Why humans and no other animal? Why are we something else? Why, why, why, why!!

I'm sorry I'm rambling but I'm getting a lot of things out of my head...I feel better though :-D
